One person reads these. Specific beats polite: the more precisely you describe it, the sooner it is fixed.
Worth writing in about
- A bug. Something froze, a turn did not end, a score did not save, the board looked wrong. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead, plus the room code if it was a live game and roughly when.
- A wrong answer in a daily. A market cap in VALUATION that is well out, a salary in PAY BANDS that is not credible, a JARGON word that is not a word, an audit group that has two right answers. Include the date of the puzzle, since the puzzle changes every day at midnight UTC.
- An event card that lands badly. A memo that is punching at a person rather than the system, one that is simply not funny, or one that reads as bitter instead of dry. Quote the title and it will be found.
- An accessibility problem. Contrast that fails, a control you cannot reach with a keyboard, something a screen reader announces wrongly or not at all, a target too small to hit, motion that makes you feel ill. These go to the top of the list.
- Anything else. A rule that is unclear on how it works, a request to delete an account, a legal notice, or an idea for a card.
Not much use, honestly: “it does not work” with no detail, or anything about buying advertising space.
Leaving an email address is optional. Without one the message is still read, there is just no way to reply or to ask the one clarifying question that would have solved it. There is more on what happens to a message in privacy and cookies.

About covers what this is and why it exists. How it works is the full rulebook, and it answers most questions faster than a reply would. Terms of use and privacy and cookies are the dull but honest documents. If you came here to play instead: start a game, open rooms, or the four dailies.
